The fastest way to reach us is by email. Whatever it is — a connection that won’t link, a poster that doesn’t look right, a billing question, or an idea for the app — send it over and we’ll help you out.
We’re a small UK operation and we read every message. We aim to reply within two working days. To help us sort it faster, tell us which platform was involved (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok) and what you saw on screen.

How do I create a poster template?
Three ways, none of which need design software. Use the free design tool here on the website to build a template and save the image; tap Brand Design inside the app to set your colours, logo, and font; or use Replace from Photos in the app to drop in a background you already have.
One of my accounts won’t connect
Open Settings → Connectionsin the app and reconnect the platform. Instagram needs to be a Business or Creator account, and Facebook posts go to a Page rather than a personal profile — both are free to set up. If it still fails, email us the platform name and what you saw and we’ll look into it.
Which platforms does Poster Poster post to?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each event in your Google Calendar becomes a branded story on the day, and your week ahead becomes a carousel. For the full picture, see How It Works.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled through your Apple account. On your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then Poster Poster— from there you can change tier or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings → Connections, which deletes the stored token for that account. To remove your account entirely, email hello@posterposter.app and we’ll take care of it. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail on what we store and for how long.
